Section 8

Prohibition on improper use of evidence-marks

(1) No person shall use evidence-marks in relation to any substance without obtaining a license. No person shall use any sign which may cause confusion as to the shape of the evidence-mark.
(2) The person who has obtained the license shall not use any mark which may cause confusion in relation to the use of proof-mark or its shape in relation to the substance which does not conform to the prescribed quality.
